All GEMMA appointments are completely complimentary. There is no obligation to purchase.
Yes, with pleasure. Simply use the link in your confirmation email or call us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Our showrooms contain high-value pieces in open display. We kindly ask that children under 12 are accompanied at all times.
Following your consultation, our design team creates initial sketches within 5–7 working days. You'll review and refine until the design is perfect before any work begins.
