Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, however we recommend booking in advance to ensure dedicated, uninterrupted time with our team and a curated selection prepared especially for you.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you have an occasion, a budget, or a style in mind, feel free to mention it when you book — we'll prepare accordingly.
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely. Private viewings comfortably accommodate up to three guests, making it a wonderful experience to share with someone special.
How long does a viewing last?
We allocate a minimum of 60 minutes per appointment. For bespoke consultations, we recommend setting aside 90 minutes or more.
Is parking available?
Complimentary valet is available at Dubai Design District. In Hong Kong, the building is steps from Central MTR station, Exit D.
